2. Products & Fulfillment
All merchandise is produced and fulfilled on demand by our printing partner Printful.
We do not hold inventory. Each item is created specifically for your order.
3. HERO Cashback Program
Customers receive 10% cashback in HERO tokens based on the merchandise subtotal (excluding shipping and taxes) on request.
Tokens are issued at the Pre‑IPO valuation (FDV $200,000 / $0.0001 per token).
Example: €100 spent = €10 worth of HERO ≈ 100,000 HERO tokens.
To claim tokens, contact Fabio via OpenChat (preferred) or email theofficialzerotohero@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Name
- Wallet preference (NNS or OISY)
- Principal ID
Cashback is processed manually after order fulfillment (typically 7–14 days).
4. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in EUR.
- Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of Zero to Hero OÜ.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

Our liability is limited to the total value of your order.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
